Screw the presidential elections - This is REAL news....

They are adding a brand new "Charm" to Lucky Charms Cereal.

While I will often defer to you as the primary expert on homosexuality and all things gay. There is nothing remotely gay about the importance of a nutritious breakfast.

I had a bowl of Captain Crunch this morning and it was yummy.

Cereal is fucking great and if I had an unlimited choice of various cereals I would probably never eat anything again. I tend to steer more towards healthy cereal tho. My favs are cheerios, basic 4, and honey bunches of oats.

everyone knows the Capn cuts up the roof of your mouth. A fine bowl of the Charms does no bodily harm.

I had a Cookies and Cream protein shake for breakfast today actually, and it was delicious.

My "usual" daily breakfast consists of a protein shake and some form of smoked fish. Usually kippered herring, mackerel, or tuna. On weekends I have time to cook, so i spend an hour preparing my wonderfully awesome Scotch Oats. Which is sorta like oatmeal, but differs slightly due to the fact that it's totally awesome.

Years of sitting in the trenches and consuming Captain Crunch, and his various cereal family(Peanut Butter Crunch, Crunchberries, and Choco Cruch) has made me impervious to this particular injury. I have developed what scientists call the "Captain Crunch Callous" over the roof of my mouth, and it acts as sort of a Shield with +100 Resistance against cereal and other corn/oat based attack.
